terms of service

By commissioning me and/or by owning my designs you are agreeing to the following terms:

basics & boundaries

✶ I reserve the right to decline any services I don't feel comfortable with for any reason.✶ I do not allow my artwork to be used for/related to NFTs, AI training/usage, cryptocurrency or any kind of blockchain technology and illegal scheme under any circumstance.✶ I do not allow my artwork to be used for/related to any form of hateful/harmful/problematic content (including but not exclusive to racism, xenophobia, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, proship) under any circumstance.✶ Commissioned and design artwork ownership is strictly for personal use only. Interest in commercial usage needs to be expressed clearly for more accurate discussion. Commercial usage rights can only be provided through an agreement contract signed by both parties.✶ I retain the copyright to my artwork and require to be credited for it whenever it is used/posted anywhere. Keep the credits easily accessible and do not claim the artwork as your own.✶ You are not allowed to remove my signature/watermark, edit or alter the artwork in any way unless given explicit permission.✶ I may make the artwork public by using it in my portfolio or posting it to my social medias. If you don't want any this, inform me beforehand.

payment & process

✶ Payments are only available in USD via PayPal invoice/Ko-fi and BRL via Pix (DM me for BRL prices). Payment plans can be discussed for any value greater than $150 USD or R$250 BRL. Otherwise, payment is entirely upfront.✶ After confirming the commission, I will send the payment request and you will have 42 hours to complete it. Failing to pay within said time period without any justification will result in the cancellation of the commission. Please let me know if you need extra time, I can do holds for 5 days at maximum in most cases.✶ Refunds will only be issued before any art is shown; this is to prevent misuse of the unpaid sketch. After that, refunds can only happen due to personal reasons from my end.✶ Artwork may take around 1 month to be finished, duration time will depend on complexity and/or demand. During this process, I can occasionally ask you for check-ups/corrections and provide updates if requested. You will be informed if any delays happen.

commissions & designs

✶ You can crop, resize and apply color filters to the artwork for graphic purposes like icons, banners, wallpapers and such.✶ You can turn the artwork into physical accessories like keychains, prints, clothing and such as long as it is exclusively for personal and non-commercial use only.✶ When reselling/trading/gifting a design that comes with artwork commissioned from me, do not change it's original purchase value and make sure to inform it to the new owner.✶ Designs cannot be resold by a price higher than their original purchase value; increase it only if adding other commissioned art. When trading/gifting to a new owner, make sure to provide them the design's accurate worth.✶ You can make edits/additions on top of a design artwork as long as they are small and non harmful; just remember to keep me credited for the original artwork and you for the edits/additions.✶ Be it customs or pre-made adopts, do not whitewash (ex: extreme whitening or greying of skin color, removal of racial physical traits) or detransition (ex: removal gender-affirming surgery scars) or un-disable (ex: removal of disability aids, cure of disability traits) any of my designs. This rule is not exclusive to humans/humanoids and applies to any character designed to be POC/transgender/disabled.

Failure to follow any of these terms will result in a warning, and continuous ignorance towards these terms will result in blacklisting.
